SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Gulaal  offers free shipping in India.

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies.

PAYMENT TERMS: We offer safe and secure credit, debit and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING:

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products.

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of GST.

*FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- As a recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to.
Payment of this is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

DELIVERY TIME:

We try and deliver our products within 7 to 10 working days. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Please note that exchanges, returns or refunds will not apply to items on sale. We follow this policy because all our pieces are made to order and hence, will be made especially for you.

However, if you’d like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at hello@gulaalcreations.com with your order number, full name and size change required/ images of the damaged product.

Someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the GULAAL pieces. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request.

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. Gulaal will take care of the shipping, when the corrected product is delivered to you.

Gulaal reserves the right to refuse a return of a product purchased from Gulaal. If the product is not received in its original condition, or is received damaged or has been found to be used. All products to be returned must be notified to Gulaal within 1-3 days of receipt of your order and dispatched within 7 working days of the receipt of the order. We would require you to deliver all the original documents with the product.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Gulaal products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.

Please note all products under SALE tab are not valid for any exchange or return.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We offer flat shipping rates for international orders.

Now we have Flat international shipping charges you can order more.

Flat 2050/- on shopping below 10,000/-

Flat 2700/- on shopping below 20,000/-

Please note the images on website have been sourced via the internet and are not being used for commercial purpose. They are merely to express the story behind every product.

Each of our products are the intellectual property of Gulaal . These pieces cannot be used without our consent and are protected by India and International copyright laws.

FABRIC AND PRINTING DESCLAIMER

We use premium fabrics for all our garments hand sourced by our team. All our prints are Hand-Blocked Printed and Screen Printed and may marginally vary in each batch of print. All photographs are for representation purpose and are shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product ordered but may have marginal colour variations from the actual product.

We use an "all over print" design for most our products and the positioning of artwork may be different from that as displayed in the picture.

ORDERS DURING SALE PERIOD

All products on Sale on Gulaal , once sold shall NOT be valid for any exchange or return.

However, in case you have received a faulty product, or wrong size/product from what you ordered, we shall be happy to have the same exchanged or returned for you.

We suggest therefore, before you shop, kindly do go through the sizes that we have provided for. Gulaal  sizes are based on garment measurements.

The average time for shipping of products on SALE is 15 working days. IF your order doesn't reach you in time, you may write to us at hello@gulaalcreations.com
